Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

You received the wrong product, size, or color.

The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

To request an exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

The customer will bear the shipping cost for returning the product

No Refunds on:

Size issues (please refer to our size chart or contact us before placing an order)

Minor color variation (due to lighting or screen differences)

Sale or discounted items

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the item is used or returned after 48 hours.
